Donkey Shearing

We celebrated Heath's birthday this weekend with a donkey shaving.



I wonder if we are officially a donkey farm. Do 16 donkeys qualify?



These things are more like dogs. This was Eleanor hanging out with Wes. Maybe its the collars that remind me of dogs.

There was a day when my dad wondered if the grandchildren would enjoy having a swing set.



After singing the song a thousand times, the toddlers think its great fun to climb a tree and one of us to say "Zacchaeus, you get down from there".

We often wonder what these two are thinking. They observe the action from the comfort of their cozy coupes.

These Are a Few of My Favorite Things

If you have been around here for a while you know we moved into an older home last year. Older as in 1972- not historic. The previous owners were dedicated gardners and we still reap what they sowed!





We have planted our garden with carrots, spinach, peas and broccoli. I'm really looking forward to Wes giving me the okay to plant these
