Was one of the best days of my life!! After 8 hours of labor and an epidural that stopped working, little Colt Miller was born! A perfectly healthy little guy that we had prayed for so long. Here are a few things about the guy:
1. When he was born he had strangely large hands and feet. He's grown into them now!
2. He loves taking a bath. We start swimming lessons soon and I hope he loves those as much!
3. He throws anything in his hands. Wes and I have been the victims of the throwing many times.
4. Sometimes Colt sings when we are riding down the road. If you turn around and smile at him, he gets really embarrased and starts laughing.
5. He head butts Waverly (the dog).
6. We couldn't ever get Colt to take a pacifier but he has to sleep with his blanket around his face.
7. He can sense a peppermit patty miles away.
8. Colt has already outgrown his Easter outfit (see #7)
9. When he's ready for a snack, he points to his food cabinet and points to what he wants to eat.
10. I"m wondering how many cupcakes this little charmer talked his teacher into giving him today!
11. He's amazed by cousin Ray, not scared of cousin Trip and always copies cousin Savannah.
12. I think his favorite person besides me & Wes is his Aunt G (Casey). He insists on her holding him when she's around. He also shows off for her a lot.
13. Last week, Colt learned to "cluck" like a chicken. This week he's learned to give you "five".
Happy Birthday Colt!!
The picture above was one of our many attempts at Easter pictures for the babes. Notice Flakey (the goat) in Savannah's lap and Colt is explaining Easter eggs to all of us. This was after the goat ran into the woods and was gone for 15 minutes. Never a dull moment.
