This is Charlie. Some people call him Chuck, I call him Charles.

Charlie is a special donkey. When he was born, his mother rejected him. My dad had to nurse the mother (a human pump) and feed Charlie so he would get all the good stuff. Charlie is about the size of a newborn donkey even though he was born on Mother's Day. He has arthritis and probably other problems.

Since he is a male, he can't live in the big pasture with the other males. So, he roams the backyard. With his size, he is perfect for the kids. He has to be fed a bottle everyday since he is so weak. Charlie is one VERY spoiled little donkey.

This is the baby donkey born Thursday morning. Isn't he handsome? We haven't named him yet. Dad wants to sell he & his mom so I guess we shouldn't get attached.

This is Bo Goat or Go Boat. It just depends on how old you are and if you are fussing at him. Go Boat thinks he is a dog. He escapes from the goat pin. He is a mess!
